Admission fees to be paid at the time of application (non-refundable Rs. 1000).
Fees can be paid in Cash / Demand Draft / Online / NEFT / RTGS / Cheque (only on prior approval).
No admission will be considered complete unless the student has paid the name “FEE” and other dues as decided by the college.
Fees once deposited shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
Any dues will be recovered from caution money if not paid before issuing Transfer Certificate.
If a student leaves the college without prior notice, implementation of all rules and policies shall apply.
No student shall be allowed to appear in exams unless all dues have been paid.
Library
Students are responsible for keeping the Library neat & clean. Students will maintain silence & discipline in the library.
Students can issue max 2 books at a time from the library for a period of 14 days. In case of late submission, a fine of Rs. 5 per day per book will be charged.
Books lost or damaged must be replaced; else a penalty (equal to the cost of the book) will be charged to the student.
Examination
Internal Examinations / Assignments are mandatory for all students.
A minimum of 75% Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled classes. An internal assessment based on class tests, assignments & attendance will be conducted. Students are to score at least 40% in the internal exams in order to be eligible for university exams.
University exams will be as per University norms.
Improvement & back paper exams must be given within 15 days after the results. Failing which, the student shall not be promoted to the next semester/year.
All final results will be conducted by the examination committee every semester/year.
